FEES / INSURANCE

You will be asked to place a credit card on file when you request an appointment/establish your patient portal. All payments are payable on the day of service, prior to the appointment. Payment will be accepted through your patient portal.

We are currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts . Please understand that it is your responsibility to understand your health plan / insurance benefits. Verification of insurance does not guarantee payment of claims. You will still be responsible for charges not covered by your health plan/insurance, such as co-payments, deductibles, and balances for denied claims and non-covered services.

If we are out of network with your insurance, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate Under the No Surprises Act. The New Patient Evaluation fee is $350 and the Medication Follow-up Visit fee is $185. You may also contact the office for any questions related to out-of-pocket fees. We are able to provide an invoice/bill that you can then submit to your insurance for an out-of-network claim.
